fantastic central access to parks and attractions for strolls
During my stay, I loved that we were just a short walk from Santa Cruz Gardens County Park, a perfect spot to enjoy nature and relax, and it was also easy to explore the nearby Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for a fun day out by the ocean. while the spa treatments sounded appealing, I experienced a power outage that left us without dining options during our visit.

missingWrote a review on Nov 16heated outdoor poolengaging activitiesrelaxing spaservice delaysroom updatesinconvenient parking
The resort offers stunning views and beautiful grounds that really take your breath away. The various trails are perfect for nature walks. We had a great time using the heated outdoor pool, which was a real highlight for the kids. The spa treatments were relaxing, making for a nice getaway. However, the room needed some updates. it felt a bit worn and showed signs of age. We encountered issues with service delays at the restaurant. Despite the delicious food, a long wait for service put a damper on our dining experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours, impacting overall satisfaction. There were charging stations available, but parking felt a bit inconvenient for such a large property. About the amenities, we appreciated the family-friendly activities, but better organization could make it smoother. It’s a charming place, but it has room for improvement.

The grounds are absolutely stunning, and we loved the new pool area which was perfect for relaxation. Our dining experience at The View was enjoyable, but a bit pricey at $65 for a filet. One highlight was how quickly the maintenance team fixed our clogged toilet and shower drainage issues. Overall, I would consider returning for the beautiful surroundings.
